I am an innovative technology executive based out of Brooklyn, NY and over the past two decades I have been focused on creative solutions that connect people with engaging experiences leveraging an outside-in approach. An experiential evangelist, passionate about strategizing, concepting, crafting, directing and executing digital transformation across all aspects of an organization including product, business development, infrastructure and operations.

I excel at bridging the gap between the vision of an organization and the integrity of the product/service being developed. Aligning on organizational culture and process is essential before aligning on any digital solutions, which allows a cohesive vision to drive technology decisions.

Collaboration is the key. I have extensive experience leading agile product, engineering and operations teams, of diverse personalities, in deadline driven environments. I also work best in a fast-paced and demanding environment allowing me to lean heavily on my entrepreneurial nature to produce industry recognized results.

My professional path has allowed me to work on the agency side and in-house for amazing brands and organizations. I am currently the Vice President and Head of Technology at Blink Fitness, part of the Equinox Group portfolio of brands, where I lead an awesome group of high performing teams including Product, Program, Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, Data, DevOps and Technology Operations. During my tenure we have completely transformed our department structure and methodologies, product offering, infrastructure and services that are on par with best in class brands across all categories. Prior to Blink Fitness I was the Head of Digital Innovation for Mekanism, a creative agency whose work meets at the intersection of technology, design, culture, and brand stories. Within that cultural environment I had the honor of creating engaging products, services and experiences for brands including the NFL, Starbucks, Red Nose Day, Pepsi, NBCUniversal and GE. Additionally I had the true privilege of launching a major public service program at the White House with President Obama and Vice President Biden.
